"NAYAK" WALLPAPERS & AUDIO SONGS

Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s ‘Naayak’ Audio has been released few days back at a grand function held in Ramanaidu Studios, Nankramguda. The film’s soundtrack has been composed by SS Thaman. For the Thaman scored for a Ram Charan-VV Vinayak starrer. Naayak album has five original tracks and a remix.Charan is known for his terrific dances so let us see what Thaman has conjured up for the Mega Power Star.
1. Laila o Lailaa — 4.25/5
Singers: Shankar Mahadevan, Ranjith, Rahul, Naveen
Lyrics : Chandra Bose
‘Laila o Lailaa’ is a peppy club song that will most likely be used to introduce Ram Charan in the the movie. The song’s beats remembers you of 80’s clubs songs. Shankar Mahadevan is as amazing as ever and his vocals are strong and full of energy. This is a youthful track and now that Charan’s master moves have been leaked this will become a highlight number in the album and also in the theatres.
2. Kathi Lanti Pilla – 3.75/5
Singers: Thaman, Shefali Alvaris
Lyrics: Chandra Bose
This is more of a peppy song and it has the mix of rap to it. ‘Kathi Lanti Pilla’ is a duet that has been rendered by Thaman and Shefali Alvaris. The song is addictive, thanks to Thaman as he croons ‘Madam’ at regular intervals that keeps you hooked.Once again, music has been tuned to provide scope for Charan to showcase his dancing skills. A decent song overall and you can expect some lovely beach visuals for this number.
3. Subhalekha Rasukunna — 3.25/5
Singers: Haricharan, Shreya Ghoshal
Lyrics: Veturi
‘Subhalekha Rasukunna’ is an evergreen classic of Megastar Chiranjeevi, with lyrics penned by the late great Veturi garu. The superhit remix track Subhalekha Rasukunna is here but it falls short of expectations. While Shreya Goshal sings this song very melodiously, the male singer Haricharan fails to impress. As for Thaman, he should have toned down the drum beats and synthesizer effects for this remix.Let’s wait if the visuals are attractive…
4. Oka Choopuke Padipoya – 3.5/5
Singers: Vijay Prakash, Bindhu Mahima
Lyrics: Bhaskara Bhatla
This is a romantic duet that has some pretty predictable music from Thaman. The singers Vijay Prakash, Bindu Mahima have adopted a very subtle and restrained style of singing for the number and that works in its favour. Bhaskar Bhatla provides us with some warm lyrics. A predictable and strictly ok track overall.
5. Nellorae — 4/5
Singers: Jaspreet Jasz, Suchitra
Lyrics: Sahiti
‘Nellorae’ is a mass masala number that will drive fans crazy if choreographed well.Nellorae is a mass song of the album sung brilliantly by Suchitra by ample support from Jaspreet Jazz. Suchitra ,in particular, has infused great energy in her vocals. It is an instantly likeable song. The beats are very interesting that makes the listeners hit the dance floors. Sahiti penned massy lyrics strikes right chord with target listeners.
6. Hey Naayak – 3.75/5
Singer: Shreya Ghoshal
Lyrics: Chandra Bose
This is the title song of the album and very impressive. There is a good flavor of youthful beats and the trendy style is nice. Shreya Ghoshal is in full flow, with a pretty energetic performance that is nice to listen to. Chandra Bose has penned the lyrics for this song and they do the job.The song has all the ingredients of being a chartbuster with engaging beats in its tempo. The inclusion of Hindi lines is variety and gives a different experience to the listeners.
Final Verdict:
The audio album of ‘Naayak’ makes one thing abundantly clear – Ram Charan will be in full flow with his dances.Thaman has come up with a mass album that has a good scope for dances. Since Ram Charan’s dances in promos looked dashing, we can expect good visuals on-screens and the right placement of songs will make Naayak album stay longer with the listeners. Thaman has played it safe with his tried and tested drum beats and synthesizer notes. Nothing new from him in terms of music. ‘Hey Naayak’, ‘Nellorae’ and ‘ Kathi Lanti Pilla’ ,‘Laila O Laila’ will be my top picks from this album.

TALASH Review

Rating: 3.5/5 stars (Three-and-a-half stars)
What’s Good: The nuanced performances; the enticing cinematography; the direction and music.
What’s Bad: The pace; the slightly disappointing ending.
Loo Break: None.
Watch or Not?: Let the thrill and mystery sink in. Watch it for a different kind of film with much more than good acting, music and the thrill.

There’s a lot of searching in Talaash; Aamir’s quest to solve a murder, Rani gropes for closure, Nawazuddin tries to find a way out of his hellish life.
When a famous actor dies in a mysterious accident, police officer Surjan Singh Shekhawat aka Suri (Aamir Khan) mixes up his personal and professional worlds. His search for answers takes him to seedy whorehouses and a milieu of pigheadedly uncooperative to dangerously seductive characters.
He has a street-smart junior, Devrath (Raj Kumar Yadav) who helps him in the investigation, a deliciously inviting hooker, Rosy (Kareena Kapoor), who drops mysterious hints about the case and talks in riddles, and a tricky Temur (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) who’s playing his own games. While he tries to connect the dots of the murder, blackmail and the lies, he and wife Roshni (Rani Mukerji) are barely able to come to terms with the death of their son. Old hands in the police department try and persuade Suri to drop the case, claiming it to be one of the unexplained “A Final” ones.
Blaming himself for his son’s death, Suri spends his nights wide awake, driving through desolate streets and seeking answers, leaving Roshni alone to grapple with her pain. So when a neighbour (Shernaz Patel) claims to talk to her dead son’s spirit, Roshni does not need much convincing to seek her help.
Was the actor’s death an accident or murder? Is there something that connects Suri’s son’s death and the actor? Does Temur help the investigation, botch it or start his own games altogether? And what role does Rosy really play in all of this?
The answers aren’t all purely deductive, but veer to the supernatural as well.

Talaash Review: Script Analysis

Reema Kagti and Zoya Akhtar’s second collaboration sees a lot more intricacy in terms of the story, depth, characters. The story has been woven very well to display the dangerous dance of how Suri’s real, imagined and perceived worlds intermingle. Their skill in creating an eerie heaviness throughout the film is very good. The dialogues by Farhan Akhtar are good. One flaw seems to be in Rosy’s character. She seems too classy with her dresses, bags and stilettos, to be an ordinary hooker that she’s shown to be.
The film takes its own time, ambling through the dingy, claustrophobic corners of Kamatipura. While this really accentuates the mystery and thrill, it can get tiring to some. They deserve another pat for bringing out the emptiness surrounding Roshni and Suri without too much of the waterworks. Even though the ending explains the mystery, it’s not entirely satisfying.

Talaash Review: Star Performances

Perfectionist or not, Aamir Khan does an excellent job of the troubled cop-father Suri. He really brings out a father’s pain – the helplessness, playing over what he could have done differently over and over in his head, the inability to comprehend why and come to terms with it. It’s difficult to look beautiful and as pained Rani Mukerji who does a marvelous job as Roshni. And she’s not doing it by bravely wiping away her tears with her pallu; it’s her expressions and the silence that do all the talking. Kareena Kapoor manages to hold Rosy’s mysterious aura quite well. One scene – when she tells Suri about her missing friend – particularly stands out for just how perfectly she allows only a sliver of sorrow to show on her face.
How Nawazuddin Siddiqui manages to pull of slime bag and adorable Temur in one role is anyone’s guess, but this man makes you giddy with his facets. Raj Kumar Yadav does well as Devrath. The other actors lend very good support.

Talaash Review: Direction, Music & Editing

Reema Kagti keeps a consistent direction throughout the film, giving the viewer everything to concoct the answer to the mystery in their own heads. The ending might be a letdown for viewers for the unconventional way she chooses to answer questions, but it has been done well. KU Mohanan’s cinematography is wonderful. He lends a dreamy look throughout the film with the colours, focus and the weirdest locales. Ram Sampath does an amazing job with the perfect mix of titillating and mysterious with jazz, electronica and classical fusion. Javed Akhtar lends good lyrics.
The sets deserve a special mention because they are so brilliant, with even the infamous cages of Kamathipura.

Talaash Review: The Last Word

For those patient through sit and allow the movie to take over, Talaash offers a lot with the mystery, Aamir and Rani’s performances, and enticing cinematography. But others might be put off by the unconventional story might not satisfy all.

Krishnam Vande Jadurum Pics & Review

What Is Good: Dialogues, Rana performance, Background score, Villain, Posani Comedy.
What Is Bad: Screenplay, Editing, Forced songs in second half, Less entertainment quotient. Unimpressive Climax.
Boring Scenes:Brahmanandam comedy scenes, Drama Scenes in first half,  Few scenes from second half.
Watch It Or Not ?: Missing the soul and feel of Krish films. With less entertainment quotient KVJ fails to impress regular audience.

Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum Review: Story

B.Tech babu[Rana] is Surabhi theater artist from childhood along with his grandfather [Kota Srinivasa Rao] .He plans to move out of India. Unfortunately his grandfather pass away and B.Tech babu goes to Bellary to perform a stage play which is last wish of his grandfather. There he meets Devika[Nayan], a TV journalist filming documentary against mining mafia and fall in love with her. With the ongoing situations B.Tech babu come to know that his parents got murdered and wants to take revenge for it. How B.Tech babu find out the real murderer and take revenge on him? Will Devika able to bring mining mafia to halt? What happens to the love between B.Tech babu and Devika? are to be seen on silver screen.

Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum Review : Star Performances

Surprisingly Rana gave his best performances by far as Surabhi theater artist. He improved quite a bit in dialog delivery with good diction, also managed with the required expressions. Actually these are two problematic areas for Rana and he had shown good improvement, Keep-It-Up Rana, way to become true heir of Daggubati fan base.  Devika character has less scope for acting in this film, Nayan managed to make her presence felt with few dance moves and expressions, Her voice is irritating.   Villain Milind Gunaji as Reddapa gave impressive performance and looked apt for the character. Raghu babu acting at few scenes are worth mentioning. Posani krishna murali is the only entertainer in this film, Kota & Satyam Rajesh made their presence felt. Bramhanandam as Rampam is wasted.

Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum Review : Direction, Music & Technical Aspects

While his trademark story telling is quite evident in the film, Krish's unique way of presenting society problem in an entertained yet message oriented way is missing quite-a-bit. Krish failed to provide the common man connection factor which is the core of his earlier films[Gamyam, Vedam]. But one should applaud his love for the art[kala]  without which he couldn't bring in those stage shows to the film. Music by Mani Sharma is entertaining, especially background score is extraordinary and will keep the audience attached to the film story.   Dialogues by 'Sai Madhav Burra' are heart & sole of this film, You are sure to remember many of these dialogues for days to come. Cinematography by VS Gnanasekhar looked alright. Editing and Screenplay are the minus parts of the film, which limited the film from one time watch to only for hardcore movie buffs.

Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum Review

Tollywood has very few directors those who understands cinema as story telling, Cinema as a medium to bring awareness in people about the burning issues in society, Cinema as the medium to retain our culture. Jagarlamudi RadhaKrishna [Krish] is certainly one among them. Krish is not only known for his storytelling abilities but also bringing true actor out of artists, No surprise this is the best performance of Rana by far. However Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum doesn't reflect his true potential. Bringing the oldest art form 'Surabhi Drama Company' alive once again to common audience is a daring step but failed to execute effectively. Unknown darker side of the mining mafia was exposed to a little extent. While the movie started on serious note of  touching people, society, art and created curiosity, but failed to connect multiple story blocks together from pre-interval, which has only continued throughout and disappoints at the end.  Entertainment in 'Krish genre films' usually be the part and parcel of story comes from characters whom we see in our daily life, but that's failed miserably within this movie.

Review Of "DAMARUKAM"

THE BOTTOM LINE
After getting a chance to direct a star like Nagarjuna, Director Srinivas Reddy had made full use of the oppurtunity. The movie is a well made entertainer which keeps you engrossed through out. After all those painful postponements, Nagarjuna finally delivered a biggie.

RUNNING TIME
159.06 Minutes

What is ‘Damarukam’ about?
Andhakasura is the lone survivor of asuras in the battle between Suras and Asuras. He comes to know that he could conqure entire world if he marries Maheswari (Anushka) who was born in an auspicious time when Pancha Graha Kootami takes place in the Universe.  When Andhakasura is in that pursuit, then enters our hero Malli (Nagarjuna) who is in love with Maheswari. And the rest of the story is who helps him in his fight with the evil and how he triumphs.
Is this a perfect Nagarjuna film?
For the first time in his career, Nagarjuna is doing a socio-fantasy entertainer. Unlike a hero-centric movies in Tollywood, Damarukam is backed by an excellent story and Nagarjuna had embedded himself in to the character. His dedication is clearly visible in the six pack sequence and Aghora scene.
How is Srinivas Reddy direction?
It is always tough to direct a star hero in Telugu and that to when directing a hero like Nagarjuna who is going down to horizon in his biggest budget movie is even tougher. And before this project, Srinivas Reddy has nothing to his credit as a director except this well written script. After watching the movie, it can be easily said that he has done good justice to his role in the movie.
How is Anushka?
Anushka looked prettier on screen as ever but she did not get to act much in the movie. Her styling is good and she easily got in to the skin of character. It would have been nice if the director had used her performance.
What about Graphics?
Graphics is certainly core component of any socio fantasy movie. Enough care is taken to get things right in aspect too. There were several moments in the film like the intro scene, Nandi scene and the climax scene have too good graphics.
What about the comedy and other actors?
Ravi Shankar is excellent as Andhakasura. His get up, voice modulation, body language and every thing are near to perfect. It is no exaggeration in saying he overshadowed Nagarjuna in several scenes.
There is some healthy comedy in the movie involving Brahmanandham, Raghu Babu, MS Narayana and others.
How is Music, Songs and Dances?
Devi Sri Prasad is one of the major assets of the movie. All the songs were chartbusters and equally good when seen on screen. His rerecording had taken the movie to next level. No doubt DSP had made his 50th movie monumental.
How is the Cinematography?
Camera work by Chota K Naidu is good. Being a senior lensman, he is the perfect choice for the sociofantasy movie. The grading and picture quality is excellent and colorful.
What are the highlights?
The starting moments of the movie, the scenes leading to Interval, Aghoras fight, Nandi scenes And the last 30 minutes of the movie are major highlight scenes in the movie.
Any Drawbacks?
There were few predictable moments in the movie. Few moments between Brahmi and Prakash Raj also looked pale.
What about its box office prospects?
Towards the end of his career, Nagarjuna had bagged the much required success. The movie is well made and is expected to do good commercially. Given the huge money involved and unseason, we have to see what would be the range of the movie.
Did I enjoy it?
Completely!

Review
Story

Narasimha Naidu (Prabhu) and Saraswati (Seeta) are siblings. Saraswati marries a Muslim Basha (Suman) without informing her brother. Narasimha Naidu amputates Basha in rage. Since then Narasimha Naidu’s family and Basha families become enemies. Suleman (Vishnu Manchu) is the son of Basha and Saraswati. Narasimha Naidu seeks for a good priest to do a chandi yagam. In a case of mistaken identity Suleman gets an opportunity to head the priests with a borrowed name Krishna Sastri. The rest of the story is all about how Suleman brings two families together.
Artists Performance
Vishnu Manchu: Vishnu Manchu looks very stylish in suits during songs. He has donned two roles of Suleman and Krishna Sastri. He does justice in portraying two roles in an interesting way. His diction as a Brahmin priest is good. He gave his best movements in the songs of Denikaina Ready especially in the stylishly shot title song.
Others: Hansika Motwani is pretty good. She has put on some weight, but her warm smile and uninhibited exposing adds to her role. Brahmanandam plays the role of Bangarraju who has a caste feeling. It’s because of Bangarraju, the whole drama takes place. He is pretty entertaining. Among the pack of Hindu priests, Bharat has another entertaining character. Vennela Kishore has done the role of a sidekick David who also dons another priest role. Surekha Vani does the role of AVS’s wife who always see her husband on other men. Seeta and Pragati are good as mothers. Prabhu and Suman are alright. Kota does the role of a villain.
Technical department
Story - screenplay - direction: The basic plot of a film is given by BVS Ravi and it revolves around a Muslim guy portraying the role of a Hindu priest to achieve his goal of uniting two warring families. The story is given maximum importance to entertainment and ample scope for sentiment. G Nageswara Reddy whose main forte has been comedy has succeeded in getting good laughs in vital scenes. Screenplay of the film gets interesting in the middle of the film as 80% of the film has hero doing two roles and a few people trying to expose/protect him.
Other departments: Songs scored by Chakri and Yuvan Shankar Raja are nice. My personal favorites are title song and keka keka song. Background music by Chinna is fine. Cinematography is alright. Dialogues by Marudhuri Raja are appropriate. He has worked in a big film after a long gap. Editing is fine. Choreography in the film deserves a mention (especially Prem Rakshit). There are a couple of fights and are well choreographed. It is nice to see that producer has shown the photos of all technicians are shown during their respective title card.
Analysis
Denikaina Ready is a comedy film with an underlying sentiment. Interval twist is interesting. The director has succeeded in creating a typical Priyadarshan type of satire of mistaken identities. The plus points of the film film are Vishnu - Brahmanandam and comedy. On the flip side, the story depends on the cliched aspect of Rayalaseema kind of faction wars. On a whole, Denikaina Ready has enough ingredients to work at box office.
